Booking Terms and Conditions

• 50% deposit required at time of booking via bank transfer to La Spinetta nel Borgo - IBAN IT73F0853047320000000001762
• Balance due via bank transfer within 10 days of arrival

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival
• 50% penalty from 9 to 5 days before arrival
• 100% penalty from 4 days before arrival until check-in
• No-Show: 100% penalty of the first night + non-refundable cleaning fee
